2. This offer is open to approved companies registered within Australia and Australian residents (Eligible Purchaser) who purchase, rent or lease a new Konica Minolta C220, C280, C360, C452, C552 or C652DS multifunctional device (Eligible Product) from Berwicks Office Technology.
3. The offer is open to new business customers only. Existing Berwicks customers and Government bodies are not eligible.
4. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer.
5. Each eligible purchaser will receive one Visa card per device at the following values: C220 - $200.00; C280 - $300.00; C360 - $400.00; C452 - $600.00;
C552 - $750.00; C652 - $1,000.00* value in Australian dollars.
6. The Gift will be delivered to the address provided by the Eligible Purchaser within 60 days of the date of the settlement of the Eligible Product.
7. The Gift cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8. If the Gift is not available, Berwicks reserves the right to substitute the Gift with another similar item of equal or greater value.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
