Remote technical support sessions are initiated by Berwicks Office Technology technicians and are available to existing contract customers only. If you require technical support, please contact our helpdesk on 3010 3200 to speak to a customer service representative. If a remote technical log in is required, you will be provided with a code to permit the technician access to your computer via the Web. You will be notified prior to any work commencing of any charges that may apply.
